What an exciting time right now! As we know the Light always prevails!
The energy is accelerating and the consciousness is awakening on the planet…awakening is occurring for people across the globe.
Now is the time to prepare your spirit, body and mind for the next level of energy….what I am being shown is that we have an opportunity to really embody the next level of our multi-dimensional nature.
What do I mean by multi-dimensional nature?
We have been resonating within a particular frequency bandwidth…and we have the capability to expand our bandwidth.
Think of it in terms of the visual spectrum of light…think of it in terms of the bandwidth of sound that we are able to hear and feel.
These ranges are expanding…Different dimensions are existing in higher bandwidths which have been outside of our seeing and hearing. We are in the process of expanding our bandwidth and ability to interact with and embody more dimensional bandwidth. More of our multi-dimensional nature is being activated.
The Eclipse cycle that we are currently in is part of it as well as the big alignment at the Sacred Winter Solstice point.
The Winter Solstice is one of the 4 grand alignment points a year.
Think of these as setting the equilibrium of the planet, setting the grid.
These points have been recognized by many spiritual traditions and have been honored throughout time.
Our particular Winter Solstice Point on December 21, 2020 is particularly special because Jupiter and Saturn are uniting in Aquarius which has not happened for 800 years.
They only unite together once every 20 years and have not united in Aquarius for 800 years!
Why is this so important?
Aquarius is the sign of the collective. “The Age of Aquarius”
This is the time of uniting humanity.
One can look at this Winter Solstice as really entering the Age of Aquarius….at this important time, let us look towards Collaboration verses separation.
Coming together, uniting to reform the old into new ways that are inclusive. Aquarius is also about friends…sharing…this is the time to sever isolation and unite together for the greater good of the whole. One family.
Now is the time of preparation for the golden moment of the Solstice….Preparing your Heart, Preparing your Body, releasing old thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, ideas and really preparing to open to the new!!!! and Releasing attachment of the past….
We are entering a new time…or what I like to call and has been shared with by spirit, “Timelessness”.
Without time we are really in the present moment without attachments to the past. This is an ultimate point of creation…creating our future.
What has meaning will come with us...what doesn’t have true meaning will need to be left behind.
The Heart is the portal…the gateway…
Stillness now is what is important…and purifying your diet now before Solstice is important. Eliminate any toxic stuff….the stuff that is not resonating at a high frequency. What resonates at a high frequency?
Raw and slightly cooked/steamed Vegetables, pure fresh vegetable juices, like celery, carrot, cucumber, golden beats, tumeric, and lemon as one combination.
Food clogs our digestive system since we have been taught to over-eat. Our body needs little food and it’s the overeating that taxes our system and takes away precious energy for our mental and spiritual clarity.
Exercise Everyday…and get out into nature.
Take time for yourself first!!! Your spiritual connection is your highest priority. Take time for yourself first thing in the morning….Align, ground, stabilize your energy and come into Stillness.
The Stillness of your pure Heart…Listen to your inner
heart beat…allow yourself to feel your own love inside of you.
Your most precious love…you are precious…your love is precious…take the time to be in stillness with your precious love.

The New Moon Solar Eclipse is Monday, December 14, 2020
with the fulcrum point being at 11:17am Eastern time.
That means that approximately 2 hours before and 2 hours after is the window of the Eclipse with 11:17 being the maximum Eclipse moment. I’ll be leading a Solar Eclipse Meditation and Energy Activation a few hours later that night setting the heart energy into waves of love to resonate into this new cycle and aligning the heart with the frequency of what is true for your future.
